The ROBLOX app won't let me buy the robux. I tried uninstalling/reinstalling, I tried using a friends phone, I tried turning my phone off and on again but it won't do anything. I don't know if it's down or something. Also, I'm using iOS 10 on an iPhone 5S, if you wanted to know.
Can someone help me please? |

| Hello ############# I will give you a few ideas ## #### 1st off, don't spam the "Buy Robux" button as it may charge your Apple account more than you'd like it too. Once you've entered ## #### Apple ######## give it a few minutes before attempting to purchase it again. If this does not work, consider clearing your iPhone's RAM by doing the following Hold the Home Button and Sleep/Wake Button until the slider appears, rather than sliding to turn off your phone press the home button until the slider disappears. What does this do? It simply clears the RAM (Random Access Memory). This should speed up your iPhone and clear up any issues with all your apps. If this method doesn't work, it could be a bug within ###### (assuming you've tried restarting your phone, ############ the app, and such). @Automatical I do not want to use a credit card.
@Borsy It doesn't say anything, it shows something like a buffering symbol for a second or two and then it disappears and nothing happens. |

ROBLOX might block your attempt to purchase anything if your device is rooted/jailbroken.

It may be possible that you just haven't received the ROBUX you purchased yet, due to the fact that the ROBLOX app may process it slower (ROBLOX also informs you about this upon purchasing anything).
If this problem does not "solve itself" in 24 hours contact ROBLOX billing support. |

| Okay, I tried it and it didn't show up for nearly a couple hours and it still hasnt shown up. I plan on getting billing support later today. |
