Hello,
The reason for getting this message after attemtping to buy ROBUX is, because ROBLOX is being funky and isn't accepting debit or credit card info. This is the true solution to this problem, and it's very simple.
All you need to use an alternative method of payment like PayPal. All you have to do is create an account, link your card to that account, and voila. You can then go to "Buy Robux" click "PayPal" and then continue to use that card to pay for whatever amount of robux you want.
If your still having trouble please look over your Billing Address, information, and more. Try contacting info@roblox.com, or contact your bank.

Another Note;
There is another claim that you shouldn't use chrome autofill and it'll magically fix that problem, however it's also untrue at times. Sometimes the info saved can be wrong so it is worth a shot to re-type it in and update your settings. However if it still doesn't work then you should follow the steps listed above.

Strange, for me it was just that I was using Chrome autofill. I guess the problem's different for other people.
