So, say we have a game with FilteringEnabled off, alright?
Is there a way that a script can detect a change in the workspace, and WHICH player(client) made that change?

Probably not, and you should learn FilteringEnabled.

My whole goal was to detect client changing workspace, not ask whether I should use FE or not :P
But I guess you can't.
