In this forum, I'll be explaining what we are looking for Soso such as workers, requirement, maturity and more. So we want everybody here to have fun and treat them fairly as a friends. So I'm gonna list them out.
1: We are not hiring MRs anymore, we only hire if we need more or we think you are ready and join the Assistant Supervisor Team rank. We are hiring LRs so customers, feel free to send in an application to one of our HRs and we are pretty sre they'll be reviewed it as soon as possbile and instead waiting for an interview. Also, if anyone promoted someone to AST. The person who got AST and the person who ranked to AST will get promoted. So we want to discuss as a group to see if you deserve it or not, we are looking for good AST.
2: MRs and above (ONLY), we want you to be active at Soso even though we all have school and stuffs. We are getting quite of an inactivity so from here and out, we want to see our MRs and HR team are being active. So the more active you are, the higher chance for you to get promoted. And the more inactive you are, the higher chance for you to get promoted.
3: Low Ranks from Trainee to Senior Baristas are allowed to attend training to get ranked up, make sure you remember all the recipes and we don't miss out hard workers to join our team. You'll get demoted instantly for the following reasons: Trolling at another group even though, we are not allied, but it will look our group bad and that will be unacceptable if you do that so we expecr you to act more professional. Not using proper grammar is very easy for you to losed a job and using proper grammar is very important so we want our group to have a good image to lower ranks and everybody else. Acting immaturity. All trainees and above include MRs and HRs please act professional and maturity eventhough we need to have fun lower ranks are looking up to you.
