The gtx 960m laptop would probably have been a much better option.
But if it's for like school studying, and casual gaming a mac is fine. |

| I feel like you can't do as much on a Mac as you can on let's say a windows laptop. |

For 1000$ you could have gotten a razer blade though,
So definitely not the best decision, but nobody buys Apple products for the functionality, they buy it for the image. |

| Basically, got one for the hell of it. And ofc the macbook is slower it's 2 inches smaller too. It's just for taking it to Starbucks and using it for studying. I have a mid gaming laptop that has a broken hinge but works, It can play new AAA games on low-moderate settings but is garbage at new small dev games like rust and days |

You need to make a gaming tower, and not get a new gaming laptop.
Laptops age horribly. |

I own a MacBook pro which was like 1.8k or something
I would have much rather bought a gaming laptop for that price.

I agree windows>
I'm actually fluent on using both cause I used to do advanced gfx in HS for 2 years and all we used is Macs. I'm just gonna save up mooney and buy a gaming pc and monitor. |

Telling you, build your own, don't get a prebuilt
You get way more bing for the buck, and you get to tune your system anyway you like. |
