Here are the responsibilities for an "Intern"
First and for most, interns are to remain mature at all times, with that being said, if any intern where to be deemed "immature" they would get removed immediately. All interns MUST stay active within FlyPorter to keep their rank as an intern, unless of course there is a reasonable reason on why they have gone inactive. ▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬
What do Interns do?
- Interns are basically training for a position of BoD+. They will have to be approved by COO+. - Interns also host to prove that they can become a BoD+, they MUST get permission from a department head to host a training from THAT department. - Interns must be approved for more that one spot, howver they can only control/be the director of ONE department. - Directors will vote in a new member to the board from the "Intern" rank. - Interns will be monitored by the Chief Staff Officer of FlyPorter. - Interns are responsible for hosting trainings for a rank they are approved to host for. (e.g. First Officer or Cabin Crew)
▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬
How to become an Intern
To become an intern you MUST go through an interview process. An interview will be hosted by the Chief Staff Officer or higher. In order to pass the interview you must show that you are trustworthy, respectful, kind to other, dedication, maturity, and know a lot about the group itself. Once you have passed the interview you will be monitored by CSO+. And then after that, the department heads will get together and vote.
