I've been playing fallout 3 again recently and there seems to be a problem i haven't noticed before...
there are frequent mini lag spikes, (i.e. when i enter combat i will freeze for half a second to even a full 2 seconds a lot) I thought this video would help me out (https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=0eGCAgS7628) but it did not. I guess I'm experiencing a different problem, i thought maybe VGC would know of a fix to this?

sorry bud, can't help you. the surface pros to seem to hold up very well though - used to play a bit of CS:GO on the pro 3 and ran excellently.

| You could just see if it is a graphical thing. You can get a mod from Nexus and see if it helps. |

BUMP!
Anyways I am back with more intensive knowledge of PCs. You are running an IGPU, which is crap. You have a Surface Pro which I assume is a laptop. You would need some mods, and stuff from Nexus. Also it would be advised your run it at 720p instead of default res. That could help drastically |

| I think it was that you couldn't use more than 2 cores. And there were 4GB unlocks and like MultiCore Rendering unlock from Nexus |
