PS4, PS4 Pro or Xbox One or Xbox One Scorpion?
Since I won't be able to upgrade my GPU on my laptop, I am buying a console but can't decide which one. |

| However to answer your question, the Scorpio will have higher specs than the PS4 so in theory should provide a better experience unless you like the PS4 exclusives then both are viable options for you |

I'm sorry, but I don't wanna spend 400$ or more on a PC when I can just buy a console for 200$.
Now, say something relevant or get out. |

Darned late posts.
Anyways, I might buy PS4 for the exclusives alone. |

it's all based on exclusives
ps4 = ratchet and clank + uncharted xbox one = halo + forza horizon
if you don't have a console yet, i'd recommend getting their brand new models (ps pro and xbox one s)
xbox one s is technically superior to the ps pro, though once again i'd say it's better to get a console on game exclusives |

I wanted to buy a new console rather than another one made by Sony, but since my favourite games are only coming to PS4 I guess I will go with that.
Xbox One really needs better exclusives. |

PC's are easily the best option. They're more powerful They have more exclusives (most indie games don't come to consoles) Better controls Easier to set up ( I own a PC and PS4 and trust me, consoles are no longer just plug and play, you literally need to instal every game to the PS4 which can take longer than a game would to download from steam) PC games typically have a more mature player base. PC's can be upgraded so your old games won't be useless after a few years PC's have games for lower prices and the sales are better
So explain why you'd prefer a console pls? ( and btw cost isn't a good reason because you can build a decent gaming pic for the cost of a Xbox or PS4) |

My definition of 'decent gaming PC' is a PC that can play GTA V on medium graphics atleast, or even lower.
And last time I checked, you can't build a computer that can do that with only 200$.
Also, I have a laptop and since most indie games don't have astonishing graphics I can still play them. PC exclusives aren't that great anyways.
And playing a game at 30 FPS doesn't bothers me either, so don't even bring that up. |

| No, I'm gonna bring up FPS because it matters A LOT, even though you can play at 30FPS doesn't mean it's what we should strive for. 60FPS is always better than 30FPS and if you believe otherwise then I'm afraid you have listened to Ubisoft too much. |

I never said it was better than 60 FPS, I simply said that it doesn't bothers me.
There's a different between not bothering me and being better, you know that right?
I can play every game just fine with 30 FPS, even CoD. |

Well GG but that's an un acceptable frame rate for me. Also consoles don't usually have a FOV setting in their version of a game so if youre sitting close to you're tv then it can make you feel physically sick. |

30 fps is really smooth, though
microsoft and sony wouldn't have locked their consoles at 30 fps if it's a choppy framerate |

| I guess I am getting a PS4 then, for the exclusives alone. Especially because one of those exclusives is Kingdom Hearts III. |

Theoretically, PC games have sales whereas consoles do not, and consoles are not 200$ they are around 300-350. If you can build a great gaming PC for $500 (runs Witcher III on high) if you play offline games that you can torrent, or even get online games on steam for discounted prices, it's going to be cheaper than a console long-term.
A console is 300-350$, plus you're paying for either PS Plus or Xbox Live which amounts the same price as a video game, then you have $59.99 games with no sale whatsoever. |

| And that's just the monetary viewpoint, PC Performance is proven to look better and feel better, and you can play with both mouse+keyboard or a controller you can #### ## to your PC. And there is also great F2P games around so... |
