Predicting one loss in your division is utter BS, even in the AFC South. The only exception is the Patriots, and now they have a tougher division than recent years.

So Jacksonville is trash because they lost 38-14 to San Diego on the road on the west coast where they have in prior history played absolutely horrible, but at home were 11 yards away from beating Green Bay.
The other way around, if not for two stupid turnovers by Mariota, Tennessee would have beaten Minnesota because they could not get a running game from AP, while Tennessee limited Minnesota's passing game. That Detroit game though, Tennessee got lucky, but that game was close as well.
