| So I was thinking on how I could do Minecraft style building (I'm not making a Minecraft clone, I am just describing it.) and I was wondering how I could detect what surface of a block that was being clicked, and at first I thought I would have to do confusing math with raycasting, but then I remembered surface GUIs. What if I put an invisible button on all sides of a block and have when you left click it, it :removes the block, and when you right click, it creates a part agjent to the surface gui you clicked. Is this a terrible idea, or not so terrible idea. Also has it been done before? |

| But in raycasting, I don't think you can detect what surface of the brick you are hitting, can you? |
