Section I: How to Submit a Court Case. This is the Section where I will tell you the Easiest way to submit a court case here a Bridgewater. The following is the current Template that you should send to a Court Justice+ when filing a court Case; Current ROBLOX Username: What the Current ROBLOX Username of the person you are suing: What is the reason you are suing this: Do you have any proof (If so, Put it here): What would be the best time for your case to take place:
When you are want to make a court case make sure you have valid evidence. Example; You have a 5 minute video that shows exactly what happened. Or, You Have a Screenshot of someone Violating Freedom of Speech (etc.)
Section II: What to do if there are complications with Court Case. If you have any complications before, during, or after your court case please send it to the Assistant Chief Court Justice or the Chief Court Justice. If you are being Bribed, Harassed, Abused, etc before, during, or after your case report it and it will be handled accordingly. If a Court Justice is your attorney or is the Defense's attorney and is bribing you to call off the case and you report it will be a Auto-win. If a Court Justice is misusing their power as your attorney or just in general they will be demoted based off evidence provided.
Section III: What to do if the Court Justice+ Doesn't Respond to your case submission. This is nothing unusual, we are aware there will be times when the Court Justice, Appeals Justice, or even Supreme Court Justice you message does not get back to you about your case, appeals court case, or supreme court case. To combat this, all Justices are given TWENTY-FOUR (24) hours to respond to a court request message, or else you inform the Assistant Chief Court Justice or the Chief Court Justice him/herself. If, However the Justice gives a valid reason as to why they did not respond, they will be barred.
