Training Requirements:
For a training to process, all must be accomplished down below:
1 Officers+ to be present. 3 Soldiers (sergeant major and below). 1 Trainer. The training to be conducted at an official group server | Fort McHenry ▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬
Trainers must process through 80%+ of all the training procedures or else they will be punished for wrongfully educating trainees and walking them to the wrong path of glory.
▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬
Trainings are to be conducted in a certain way, a more organised and professional way. The procedure for trainings is as followed, this must be followed correctly in order to avoid conflict and issues.
1.Soldiers are to be lined up in a straight line, shoulder to shoulder. The trainer should ensure that the line is as straight as possible, to make sure that it looks professional and organised.
2.The officer should then select his/her enforcers, as well as the co-trainer. They should then beginning doing their required duties.
3.The training should begin with a warm up. Have your men march around the area in a Single File Line (SFL), do this a couple of times and then call for an STS (Shoulder to Shoulder). Once again, organize it.
4.the training rules should be explained: Permission to speak is in effect, and must be spelt out correctly. If you are to go AFK, you are to request permission and move out of the line. The usual rules.
5.The training should then commence, beginning with firing commands. Remember to always explain the commands to your line, so that they know exactly what they are doing. Don’t expect them all to know. All the firing drills should be covered.
6.Once firing drills are done, move onto faces. Explain the faces, e.g. Right face is 90 degrees right. Explain them so your line knows what they are doing. Do faces until you are satisfied with the performance of the line.
7.After faces have been done, you should move onto doing formations. You can find out formations from the formation manual. The following formations are essential: Double Rank, Arrowhead and Stagger, you may do others as well, but these MUST be covered.
8.Once the essential formations have been covered, you are to then move onto a Sword Fighting Tournament. You may make up your own rules with this, it is entirely up to you.
9.Once you have covered the previous steps, you should then move onto doing the promotions/points for the training. Refer to the promotion section. (INCOMPLETE) Once you have selected the promotions and followed the promotion guidelines.
10.It is time for a bit of fun after training. The training should conclude with a practice raid or a siege, pick whatever you want to do. Practice raids can only be sorted by someone with Owner Admin.

That is all you are required to know. Good luck making you way up in the America For President and Country!
