Soak in a cool bath, removes the sores...
Also, I suggest you stretch more before you workout...
Also, if you're new to working out (geared towards anyone), if you aren't throwing up your entire first week of working out you aren't working out hard enough to fix your body in my opinion... |

imperial thats the stupidest thing i've ever heard
pushing your body to the point where u throw is never good for you, and by doing that you could push yourself too hard and get injured
in exercise you should know your limits and improve on them, never surpass them

NEVER stretch before a workout, that's a myth.
Cool baths if you're EXTREMELY sore, and try to drink plenty of water in order to loosen muscles, since they consist heavily of water. |

If you're a fat man who just started working out, and all you do is just sweat and not get your chemistry fixed because you aren't changing it then you won't see signs of a throw-up. You can say that I'm stupid for all I care, but I've seen the results when people actually work hard and want to lose quickly.
And I never said push yourself to the point where you pass-out, just push yourself and surpass your current limits and grow stronger.
And it's not stupid, when it works. |

i have sports 11 times a week and do a light workout/stretches/yoga for 30 minutes everyday, i know a lot about this stuff
trust me dude, pushing yourself too far, like to the point where your gonna throw up, isnt worth it
stuff like that is what gets people back/shoulder/muscle problems when they are older
take your time, do them properly and keep it steady
