(Amendment) Overview of Legislative Process 9/12/16 Representative Ozzymen Preamble: If passed, this will allow LVCC to make any laws, penal codes or statutes. In real life, all Nevada laws, in-which Las Vegas presides in are made up of the Nevada State Legislature, this cannot happen due to the lack of states in NUSA. Section I: (a) The LVCC will be allowed to officially pass any laws, penal codes or statutes. (1) These laws, penal codes or statutes will ONLY apply to Las Vegas and will not apply anywhere else outside of Las Vegas and the only law enforcement mandated to enforce passed legislation are Las Vegas law enforcement teams or services. (B) Any federal law enforcement agencies refusing to enforce our laws, penal codes or statutes when in urgent need or dire circumstances, will be allowed to be labeled as a reason as to why a law enforcement team should be removed from Las Vegas, although it is still not mandatory or required for them to enforce it. (C) Any specific legislation being passed within the LVCC that has anything to do with creating agencies that have the same duties as our current federal agencies, other than law enforcement and replacing them with their own local agencies at LV, may be vetoed by the President. An example of this would be DoC&L, LVCC would NOT be able to create their own local agency to replace the federal agency, therefore hindering it useless. (D) This will begin to apply the following day it passes the council to ensure all federal law enforcement and services of Las Vegas are thoroughly informed. Conclusion: (1) This would officially allow LVCC to pass any required legislation for our city, due to the void of having states in NUSA, making us without due laws that are needed for or required by our LVCC and city. ——— Signed Representative Ozzymen
