You could take your time, take breaks between hours when you study, it helps.

Yeah, that's why it's good to take breaks now and then.

I think it depends on what you're studying and how. For the normal scenario, I'd say that if you've studied for around an hour to two hours, that's probably enough, and anymore could just be overdoing it, maybe putting these unnecessary thoughts and pressures when normally it wouldn't happen or be needed.
But again, it really does go back to what I was saying - what are you studying, how were you studying, and for how long have you been studying [in this session]?

So sorry I forgot ot respond! I didn't see the new post
Anyway, I'd think you'd be fine studying a little bit more, but maybe not too too much. Maybe go to 2 1/2 hours at the max, but if you want to try it some more, maybe study or practice in a different way. Try and get conversational, or listen to some music/film in Polish. I know you don't like 4chan's /int/, but there's always the /polska/ general, and I think it's great reading/writing practice - to be able to practice in the generals there. While it may be a bit difficult because of the slang and improper grammar, it's a natural way of doing it, and I think that's one of the greatest benefits of it.
But that's just me, I suppose.

for some reason i cant have enter spaces in my post because of the new filter even though nothing is getting filtered ### i will just use dashes to separate these things instead ---------- i dont feel like im at a good enough level to start talking yet idk i would try speaking polish to my polish boyfriend but i feel like he would just reply in english and would get annoyed because it would be more efficient to speak in english with me ---------- i dont know any polish films but i listen to a lot of polish music already ---------- well like maybe i would prefer reddit's /r/polska better? reddit is pretty bad sometimes but at least there they would be speaking more normally and not in memes 24/7

Yeah, /r/polska would probably be a much nicer place for you to go then, if that's what you'd want. But I guess it's always worth it to at least try and talk a little Polish to your boyfriend, or at least tell him that you're trying to learn it, so that he may speak a bit more than he normally would. But that's totally what I would recommend, even at this level - just that conversational skills. At least even if you aren't quite at that level, you can build up to it, likely a lot quicker (at least from experience). I suppose it's always worth a shot to at least give it a try.
also, yeah, the filter totally breaks my spacing up

Well, I hate to be a buzzkill, but if he already knows but still will go straight to English, I'm not so sure he will be all that willing to help unless you do a bit of talking/begging for him to do it. It's a bit similar here - foreigners looking to just talk and improve their skills will just get responses back in English for the sake of efficiency.
Often, but not always. I guess if we are going for conversational, then I guess that /r/polska would be the best shot. I forget the name of it, but there was some site that would match a language learner up to a native speaker for a conversation, but since I can't remember the name that may be hard, and it may also be a bit stressful.

I totally understand you there. I rarely ever get into voice chats, even with ## ### friends. If I don't know a person at all, I simply don't even go into the call with them. And I don't like showing how I look either as well - I've practically ##### myself here (said my name, city, state, country, age) but I still don't show ## #### ### yeah, I guess if we are looking for conversational, then it seems we've narrowed it down to /r/polska ##################
