This help is for players who know their password is correct, but they can't log in. Or, they log in and play but then get logged out of ROBLOX browser or games.
You should try the steps on this help page: https://www.roblox.com/Login/Help.aspx
For users who forgot their password: Please try using the "Forgot your password?" link below the Login button. This will send a letter to the address on your account that will allow you to reset your password. If you do not appear to receive the email, please be sure to check your junk/spam folders. If you still can't log in send a help request to info@roblox.com

I have a sorta diffrent problem, here is some info on my setup:
Windows Version:Windows XP Service Pack 3 Internet Browser:Internet Explorer 8 (I am pretty sure anyways) Internet Connection:Wireless Router Model: Linksys Compact Wireless-G USB Network Adapter Anti Virus Software: AVG Free 8.5, Malwarebyte's Anti-Malware (Free) | Side note: Yes, my family is really poor. Firewall Software:Built-in Windows Firewall software, disabling doesn't help. Error Message:You have lost connection to the game & Failed to connect(ID=15) Description of Game:All online games Roblox Version: Current, it FORCES you to update to latest version. Extra Information that may be useful: This all started to happen after one of the updates, I forgot what update, but I think it was 3 ago. Or 2. But it works fine on my brother's laggy computer. He also has about the same setup. |
