Okay so my laptop shut down during Factory Reset.
Now it only shows the loading screen looping. I guess Windows is removed from my laptop?
I dont have the product key. I bought it used.

@Shy
I already did that. I just need some other suggestions.
They told me to ask my manufacturer for a windows 8 product key and installer. |

If they dont give it, I would need to run windows 10 on a trail.
which only lasts 3 months. |

What you have to do is simply return the laptop or do what I would do
You would have to turn it on and then what happens? |

| Okay it could be your video card driver got damaged. try booting into safe mode and remove it then see if you can boot into normal mode. if it not your video card it may be your anti virus software got damaged. |

I had the same problem, i then started in safe mode (by pressing F8 before windows loading screen) and realized that one of my drives was not detected, even in the disk manager it was recognized, so i disconnected the drive and restarted the PC restarted fine in normal boot. Be careful if you have cracked games or software, this has happened a few times and cracked games/software has been the cause. Thanks people. (:

If the above solution doesn't work, try using a recovery USB and troubleshooting from the recovery screen. Here is a tutorial on how to do so:

When you boot up your PC, hit F12.
From there, try to find the recovery option that fits your situation.
When you did the fresh restart, did it save a backup of Windows on your disk drive?
If so, use that as the partition.
