you should lift actual weights
but if youre not going to, no reason to cut down on pushups/situps |

| 100 is a bit much if you start out at that, I'd suggest working up to that, perhaps 25 a day, then 30 the next etc... |

| do 1 set of pushups and 1 situps of situps until fatigue (until you cant do anymore). do this once at morning and once at night |

I'm quite happy with myself yesterday
Me and my friends were taking the "long" way to a park and I jog most of it which I rarely ever do. |
