you should lift actual weights

but if youre not going to, no reason to cut down on pushups/situps

100 is a bit much if you start out at that, I'd suggest working up to that, perhaps 25 a day, then 30 the next etc...

do 1 set of pushups and 1 situps of situps until fatigue (until you cant do anymore). do this once at morning and once at night

I'm quite happy with myself yesterday

Me and my friends were taking the "long" way to a park and I jog most of it which I rarely ever do.
