| Long story short. I had 6800 robux. My little brother that is 2 years old spent 5251 robux on gamepasses while i was away. I messaged 2 mods about the situation and if they could maybe find a solution, but guess what. THEY BOTH IGNORED ME, this is the last time i waste time and money on this game. Bye. |

Purchases has always been final. You weren't scammed, so there's no legitimate reason to refund you. You can only blame yourself for letting other people access your account.

| First of all, everyone forgets to log out once. And the app should auto log out when i close it. I know they don't have to refund me, but why not help one of their customers atleast? |

It was a canned reply, it lets you know they have received your email and it gives you a ticket. You have to wait at least 24 hours before getting a human response. It is a business email, you have to wait.
