That script would not work in a place with FilteringEnabled. Create a server script with an "in pairs(game.Workspace:GetChildren())" for loop, and use game.Players:GetPlayerFromCharacter() to check each result. If the result is a player, you then call :Destroy() on their head.

oh to destroy, do this in server-script:
for i, v in pairs (game.Players:GetChildren()) do v.Character:WaitForChild("Head"):Destroy() end
