Section 3: Interns (Training for HR)
1. As an Intern you are able to host flights with supervision from an Executive Member or Higher. (Accept Development Team)
2. Interns are required to Host 4-6 Successfully and smoothly ran flights before being considered for a High Rank position.
3. Interns must also start off as a Captain or Flight Attendant before being promoted to an Intern; you must be a trusted, organized and active member in Aqua Airways to be considered for a promotion to Intern.
4. As an Intern you will be required to have experience in every job in Aqua Airways (With the acception of Captain) you will need to have grammar, Organization and skills to serve passengers. Failure to have this experience will result in a demotion to your previous rank.
5. If you are not hosting a flight you are still required to be active and attend and help out around flights. During Briefing you will be given a job such as Check-In, Customer Service, Gate Agent or Ground Crew. You also might be asked to fly if you were a previously ranked captain.
