Introduction:
(a) Be it enacted by the U.S. House of Representatives and the Senate of the United States of America;
Section I - Abbreviation
This act shall be referred to as the Federal Prisoner and Federal Employment Act, for short, FPFE.
Section II - Meanings
(a) For the purpose of this act, Federal Employment will stand for: Employment in any agency, department, bureau, community or service under the direct control of the President of the United States.
(b) For the purpose of this act, Agency shall be a term for: Department, Bureau, Community or Service.
(c) For the purpose of this act, Federal Prisoner shall be a term for: Anybody ranked in the main United States group (ID: 758071) at the rank of “Federal Prisoner”.
Section III - Current Employment
(a) Any person that has been ranked as a Federal Prisoner, or otherwise sentenced to be one, shall be barred and prohibited from being a federal employee under an agency. (A) Any Federal Prisoner that is a federal employee under an agency, and that can be exiled by someone other than the President of the United States or the Founder, shall be immediately exiled, without unnecessary delay, by any person that has the ability to exile the federal prisoner from the specific agency. (1) Any person that has the ability to do so and refuses to do so, shall be found in Contempt of Court, for not respecting the FPFE bill, until that person has done so.
(b) Any person that has been ranked as a Federal Prisoner, or otherwise sentenced to be one, that is also a Federal Employee, and acts as if they were permitted to be a Federal Employee, shall be enable the Department of Justice to prosecute for the following charge: (A) 18 United States Code, Section 912: Whoever falsely assumes or pretends to be an officer or employee acting under the authority of the United States or any department, agency or officer thereof, and acts as such, or in such pretended character demands or obtains any money, paper, document, or thing of value, shall be fined under this title or imprisoned not more than three years, or both.
Section IV - Future Employment
(a) Any person that has been ranked as a Federal Prisoner, previously, shall not be barred and be able to become a Federal Employee of an agency.
(b) Any person that has served as a Federal Prisoner, and currently isn’t, shall be able to become a Federal Employee of an agency.
(c) No person that has served as a Federal Prisoner, previously, shall be barred from being a Federal Employee of an agency, with its reasons being stated in Section III of the FPFE bill.
Section V - Conclusion
(a) This act shall be made to prevent future “rogues” in agencies that do not have this policy. It’s purpose is to ensure the safety and integrity of domestic soil, United States soil.
