| Increase your calorie intake. I think you would look really good at 180 pounds made of pure muscle. LEarn how to weightlift to gain muscle. Theres two types of weight lifting, one type to lose weight and one type to gain weight. Muscle is made of protein, so eat a lot of protein filled stuff like meat, eggs, and beans. Thats all I know. OR you could become a ### #### and eat junk food all day This isn't 2007 |

| Increase your calorie intake, eat good amounts of protein and work-out I guess. I mean, that's what I do. |

"a lot of people say eat fast food, but then others say "it goes right through u" soo? mcdonalds and bruger king do they help gain weight"
Don't. ITs horrible to be fat. I currently weigh 250 pounds. I advise you to not get fat.\
"i do workout and after eat 30 grams of protein, i read an article supported by bodybuilders that after any workout the required protein intake is 20 grams but i eat 30" I'll take a quick look on the web to see if I can get any help

There's good fat and bad fat. Eating junk food will not only destroy your health, but make you gain weight in an unhealthy way.
Try eating more snacks throughout the day for instance -- this is a better alternative towards gaining weight compared to eating junk food. |

| "The recommended dietary allowance of protein for teenage boys age 14 to 18 is 52 grams per day, or 0.85 grams of protein per kilogram of body weight each day, according to the Institute of Medicine. This is equivalent to about 0.39 grams of protein per pound of body weight per day." - It varies how much protein I eat. I usually try to ### ## much as I can. If I could eat five hard boiled eggs, I'd do it. I usually stay away from protein shakes though -- they're not exactly as healthy as you think they are. |
