So someone stole 500k rap from my sister, we don't know how but then we looked on his account and he no longer has the items.
I tried calling ROBLOX but it gives me some link that doesn't help.
And I can't wait for a email.

Email roblox, they helped me and termed the account that transferred and received the items.
Their team actually works and does a good job restoring your items. It doesn't matter if you're a dev or not.

It takes about 7 days, and with the recent problem with the website it might take more.
Still expect about 7 though. They're people too, and don't work 24/7, which is a good thing because you probably want someone who speaks English reading your emails.
They're not Hillary and their emails don't disappear, and they do read all of them. It just takes a bit.
