As we need to get rid of rogues and immature children. We should make it harder to get into and stay in agencies. As we should make jobs harder to get into. Especially FIA and SS. Those were the easiest Tryouts I've ever been at. To make them harder we should not keep immature and weak people. You kick them if they fail at least 2 Events. Also if they show any side of their immature side. They do not belong in the agency. This process also removes the chance of abuse of power. Since we have mature and educated people at HR ranks. We should also do two processes during tryouts.Like doing tryouts and interviews. They must pass both to get into an agency. And for them to retain their position. They need to be seen active on DC, they must consult one of their HRs to be excused from their inactivity. And if a person goes rogue, simply blacklist them from all agencies. We don't have time for second chances. Once a Criminal always a criminal.
