wow this filter GOTTA love it MAN
anyways that myth has been debunked
they might treat y'all worse than black people but there was no point in history where the irish were treated worse than the blacks in terms of being traded or as property
even the s word trade the irish had, they only had 10,000 people that number is nowhere near the amount of blacks
i'm not saying it wasn't wrong i'm just saying please do a little research

| well let's see britain used to have a big power in ireland if you broke the law, you were sent on a voyage far longer than africa-america they were sent to Australia as lowkey slaves but that's if they survived the trip to australia (most didn't) also irish slaves were a lot cheaper than african slaves one black ##### equaled like 10 Irish slaves btw they were sent there for anything, and sometimes unfairly I can go on forever about this one specific topic also there are rumors that some irish slaves were sent to America AND ALL THIS IS NOT INCLUDING HOW IRISH WERE TREATED IN THEIR OWN LAND britain done so much stuff get a history book and read about it |

wikipedia is not a credible source where did you get this from i'm curious to know what cheap knock off site this came from
and even the things you pointed out are minimal compared to what black people have endured lol

i love how african and middleeastern tragedies are magnified but white/asian tragedies are downplayed
like it took me 15 years to find out about nanking? or japanese "relocation" camps? or details of the french revolution?
my trip to the uk was like "there was a riot here, a massacre there, someone was hung here" and they were really calm about it and i was like wtf
school didn't even fully explain the potato famine, it wasn't a famine, it was an indirect starvation because the brits didn't help stop it |

that's actually how the Irish language was broken the british, if you were lucky, would give food; BUT, you need to ask for it in English instead of Gaelic |

| At least they had somewhat ok ##### conditions (varies how south you go obviously). For example: Irish ##### dies: "he was cheap anywas oh well". Black ##### dies: "oh man he actually costed a lot of money". Not as much irish were sent to Australia but let's reflect on all the other cruel stuff britain did to ireland |

| there were a large number of irish indentured servants, and there were cases in which irish men and women were sentenced to indentured servitude in the new land and forcibly shipped across seas. but even involuntary laborers had more self-rule than enslaved africans, and the large majority of irish indentured servants came here with consent |
