This is how to fix roblox (well atleast for windows 7)
Control Panel > Network and Sharing Center > Change Adapter Settings (near top left). Right click WiFi (or Local Area Connection if you aren't on WiFi) > Properties
Find "Internet Protocol Version 4 (TCP/IPv4)" in the list. Select it and hit properties.
On the second half of the new window that comes up, change it to Use the following DNS server addresses. Then fill these in:
Preferred server: 8.8.8.8
Alternate server: 8.8.4.4 2
If this worked for you then bump it.

I am already using Google's DNS.
I think this effects everyone now.
