Everyone,
Please be patient. Everything will be fixed by the end of the day. Please understand that these things do happen, and that it's a lot more difficult to fix that you might understand.
There have been rumors of security issues, of which will hopefully also be dealt with. Data loss might have a chance at being recovered, as well.
When developing a massive update the changes the core system of the ROBLOX platform, errors are to be expected and resolved soon after.
Please understand that the ROBLOX staff is doing there best to restore and enhance what was corrupted. Again, this should take no less than today.

Reinstalling might fix a few problems, but not all. There are still massive problems that might not be effecting you directly, but are effecting a large portion of ROBLOX's population.
I advise that you not change any security settings, and wait patiently. If reinstalling ROBLOX helps, go ahead and try that. But I do warn you, data loss and corruption as been reported during this time. |

He's not ad admin, and doesn't work for ROBLOX.
But he is doing good telling us to stay calm and not riot over ROBLOX not working for an hour or two.
Overall he is presenting himself with a professional tone, which makes him sound like an admin. An easy way to discover who is an admin, look on their profile for a badge called Administrator.

I have been getting the Error 6 every time I play a game. I had no idea that everybody else had the same error today. I thought it had something to do with the new game I installed on Steam yesterday. ( It's Tom Clancy Ghost Recon Phantoms If you were wondering.) |

Please explain in what way I'm attempting to act as an admin? I have said nothing that should convince anyone otherwise. I have purposely avoided the word 'we' in what I wrote as I'm well aware that I am not apart of ROBLOX staff. I suggest you read Vmena's reply as he clearly understands the situation.

If you have never programmed or even scripted before, I doubt you'll be able to comprehend the situation at hand. These kinds of things cannot be 'rushed'. It's something that uses brains, not bronze. With a platform as large as ROBLOX, plus rumors of 'attacks', it's not exactly easy to keep up with everything that's going on.
Let's say this was an attack: ROBLOX staff has to continually fight off and repaire the damage that others have done. Hackers and exploiters attack for free, out of pure will. Their numbers are large. |
