Notes: STILL JUST TESTING! I've been really busy with school, updating is slower than it was over the summer :( -----V0.18 FEATURES----- Rest of the weapons, ammo drops, RiDLey (randomly generated) maps, finished player animations, intelligent AI with map navigation, more modes+maps, bug fixes, performance improvement, keycards, more enemies) Future modes: Solo, Co-op, DM, TDM, CTF, Survival, Infected (+more?)
- Discovered new method of sprite rendering to fix glitches and prevent flashing, implementing soon. |

Fixed bullet puff, took away nukage functionality temporarily, I'm working on GREATLY improving performance and basically removing flashing once and for all (on every sprite), and added some stock sound for killing enemies (the actual sound has already been uploaded technically but I didn't feel like locating the time index)
ATM i'm working on the following -*MAYBE* making brutal-doom-type sparks when you shoot the map -tiny back force when you fire the super shotgun -finally making AI that recognize where they are somewhat (and attack) -second map -improved menu UI -pause menu

I replaced the vanilla Chainsaw with a "cooler" version in my opinion :p if it gets serious hate i'll put the old one back
ALSO considering re-adding kick! (BUT IMPROVED!)
-added shotgun knockback -bug fixes |

I figured out how to finally 100% squish sprite flashing in weapons, enemies and doom fonts the first example of this new method was just added for the Super Shotgun, which now experiences no flashing at all runs better in terms of performance! :D
I will have to apply this method to all weapons and replace the old ones (The Super Shotgun has the longest animation and took the longest, the rest should be easy)
I have also remastered the kicking sprites with new redone sprites and it uses this method. |
