Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled,
SECTION I. SHORTENED TITLE This act shall be known as the Arrest on Sight Act,
SECTION II. DEFINITIONS This act will stop abuse by federal judges, by stopping them from aos’ing people for over 24 hours (1 DAY) without any video or screenshot evidence of the person committing the offense or the offense
This act will help strengthen- NUSA by making a federal judge provide screenshot and or video evidence of the perpetrator committing the crimes.
This act will ensure that no person may be aos’d longer than 1 day without evidence being in the form of a video or screenshot. Not including witnesses.
This act will ensure that everyone has un bias sentences and that all americans are treated equally.
This act will not stop people from being aos’d but simply controlling it meaning that judges would still have the power to aos someone for a day without evidence but must provide some if they are going to continue such sentence.
This act will not in anyway restrict the verdict of a court case in anyway shape or form meaning if a verdict has been reached an aos may be given as agreed.
This act will ensure that the power to AoS isn’t being abused with just having a witness as the evidence, because witnesses are easily manipulated and can be swayed to think a certain way. So, this act will help ensure that the ability to AoS isn’t being used wrongly, this act will no way weaken the Judicial Branch.
SECTION III. RESTRICTION OF LEGAL ACTION Any American citizen cannot be aos’d for longer than 1 day without a video or screenshot being shown.
If they have been aos’d for longer than a day without video or screenshot evidence the judge who aos’ed will be forced to remove the aos.
Whereas many would say this will help criminals and those rogue, if someone was really going rogue and doing something so bad that they must be aos it will not hurt to simply record and provide proof of what they were doing to deserve the aos.

great, looks like congressmen are scapegoating federal judges yet again for absolutely no reason
anyway, besides being an outrageously stupid bill, it's unconstitutional.
"SECTION 7. Invested in the Judicial branch is the ability to issue warrants and arrest on sight.
1. Justices and Judges shall have the power to issue these warrants; whilst the warranted user is pending trial. The trial must be conducted within 72 hours of the warrant being issued, or the warrant is consequently removed"
"72 hours"
i remember a time where public officials cared about the constitution now we've just got uneducated republicans who think it's ok to violate it |

| Nay, I agree with Bakerly. And this isn't exactly a common issue in the USA. |

| By the way, I don't really see why there's a vote on this to begin with. It'll be struck down by the courts after the extremely unlikely event that the President signs it into law. |

Constitution, please. I retract my support.
The constitution states a 72h arrest warrant can be given at any time, as the power is vested into us. |
