An Amendment to Re-enact the rank assistant chief court justice BE IT ENACTED BY THE STATE OF ROCKPORT CONGRESS HERE ASSEMBLED THAT:
SECTION 1. C.I.III shall be amended to: “Article III: The Governor may appoint members of the Executive Branch, Court Justices, SCJ's, ACCJ’s and the CCJ. The CJ/SCJ's/ACCJ’s/CCJ shall remain in office until he/she resigns, retires, or is removed. Nominations for Court Justices, Supreme Court Justices, and Assistant Chief Court Justice. may be deliberated and discussed between the Governor and Chief Court Justice.” SECTION 2. C.IV.I shall be amended to: "Article I: The Judicial Branch shall consist of 1 CCJ, 2 ACCJ’s, 4 SCJ's, and 10 CJ’s. Should this limit ever change, this Article must be amended by the appropriate entity." “Article 2: The rank Assistant Chief Court Justice will hold the rank Cabinet in the State of Rockport.” “ Article 3: Nominations for Assistant Chief Court Justice must be approved by the Senate.” “Article 4: The rank Assistant Chief Court Justice will have the ability to rank Citizens to the rank Criminal/Prisoner on Trial when said Citizen is found guilty in a trial.”
SECTION 3. This legislation shall go into effect immediately upon passage.
SECTION 4. All laws in conflict with this legislation are hereby declared null and void.
