-IP tracking is not illegal -DDoSing is illegal -accessing the deep web is NOT illegal
The Deep Web may be used for bad, but more than 90% of its users are just looking for anonymity. Yes, criminals do use it, but that doesn't make everyone who uses it a criminal.
-The Deep Web is NOT the Dark Web
Think of it as an iceberg. The top is the surface web (things you can find on Google). Below the surface is the Dark Web, approximately 85% of the internet. The Dark Web consists of hidden domains and web pages. Unlisted YouTube videos are part of the Dark Web. The Deep Web is the anonymous part I described above.
tl;dr: it's okay to ip track avecy as long as you don't ddos him or do something else stupid like that

| doxing isn't illegal if the info is publicly out there e.g linking someone's ######## profile to their ####### profile isn't illegal |
