inb4jokes but I've never seen anything like this before, there were around 10 of them scattered across the yard and were literally larger than grapefruits, and plain white colored
Not just in surface area, but these things were ROUND, not flat
The biggest one was slightly smaller than a basketball and my siblings & friend destroyed it lol, it made a pile of debris about 2 - 3 feet wide
The stuff looked like insulation you would find in a house
Has anyone else ever seen these anywhere? |

no but that sounds crazy look up the description of them online and see what it's scientifically called also if you so acquire some molted aluminium or something you can cast the mushroom into cool art

Apparently they are Calvatia gigantea, or "giant puffballs" and are some of the biggest mushrooms in the world :o
They're safe to eat when young but not once they become large like the ones I found |
