I've been doing the same exact thing for about 2 years now, making car after car after car after car, with my style changing with each generation I make for different games
And each time, my cars get more and more detailed & complex. The days when my cars were like the ones in Automobiles I & II are far gone, and thus take more time to create. Time I don't want to spend doing something that's quickly seeming very repetitive and monotonous.
However, it seems like the games I've made that people enjoy the most are ones that I've made multiple vehicles for. I'm quite at a loss at what to do. Do I keep making cars even though I hate doing it, or do I come up with something else I have not as much practice and skill doing for the sake of breaking the staleness that's become my car making even if it means losing fans? |

You can begin creating something diferent and something that you find enjoyable.
Idk, try to change your style and try with something you like, for example; a car!

MAKE TANKS/OTHER VEHICLES OR NATURE (I personally like making natural land forms the best).

Also another thing that wears me out is how limited roblox's game engine really is compared to the games I've played and want to emulate.

Continue to make cars but devote less time doing it
You could make a full-out racing game or open world game with vehicles, but you'd overall spend more time on other elements while staying true to those who enjoy your games
Unless you want to branch out and do something entirely new, but it's not always fun going out of your comfort zone |
