I know most of you are trolls but I think it could benefit all of us (Maybe!). I would like to make a clan that steps up some things and something everyone wants to see. What do you guys personally want to see in a new clan?
How can I get it off the ground besides good graphics, uniforms, and builds?
Who are good Graphic designers, Uniform makers, and builders?
Now! What would you guys like to see and hype about?
I use to play this game all the time but I want to make a clan that everyone will honestly enjoy to be in it. Events all the time, fun events, game nights, no real...drags?
Anyone have advice for me? |

I personally recommend educating yourself in the fields you need done, rather than wait on others - you are your own resource, therefore you get things done when you want them done.
Groups take time, be patient and just let it rise up. Think of it as starting a flame - you slowly build it up, add more too it and work on it until it becomes a fire - but if you mess up, it will either wither and die or go out of control.
Keep low energy activities in off periods, make sure everyone is frosty with boots tied, locked and loaded at all times.
All I can really say. |

| Me and my real life friend started my clan over four years ago, I suggest find a close friend and have them be your first high rank. |

honestly i would recommend joining a clan that's been successful for a really long time, such as FEAR, and learn how they work.
take the ideas and make some similar concepts to work out how your own group will work
becoming a decent rank in a group, say, FEAR, will also get you a reputation which will help in the early stages of your group because you'll have connections to help you out and some followers that you can recruit into your group
plan everything out ahead of time so that you don't find yourself stuck in a pickle. as in, how you'll get the money to pay for stuff, who will make the stuff, and so on.
start with 1-3 close friends that you trust to be your first HR's. They will be a key part in keeping the group alive.
The hardest part of making a group is the beginning. once everything is said and done and the members are active, all you have to do is do your typical group stuff(events, game nights, wars, and so on) and it's easy to maintain. |

also, try to create some new, innovative, and original ideas to use for your clan. not only does it make the clan appeal more to potential recruits, but it also helps the clan world by bringing in new ideas to the community.
the clan world needs original stuff asap. nothing is original anymore and that's one of the reasons the clan world is dying.
also, very important: make sure your members recognize the importance of fun. this is a video game after all, and too many clans take their wars ultra seriously, for example, and this is what causes 90% of clan wars to go haywire. one clan won't accept defeat and it turns into a dispute that ruins the war for everyone. also not to mention, it ruins the fun for the lower ranks when they're being bossed around by some all high and mighty overlord who views himself as the ruler of the world. |

| connect with your members, become friends with them, develop a community in the group. Community is the most important thing in a group. |

also try not to get scammed if youre paying for devs
because unfortunately there is snakes that do that
i suggest hitting up Paracosm. he's got all sorts of connections in this branch of roblox and he knows who's legit and who isn't. he can probably find you the devs you need too. I've known him for a while and he's 100% trustworthy. |
