ROBLOX makes tons of money daily and did before tix was removed.
People complained about not having enough money and saw robux as the 'ultimate' currency. Since robux could be converted to extremely high numbers of tix, people logically went out and bought BC memberships
If anything, tix helped ROBLOX grow.

"Higher quality developers"
Please tell me you're joking
Some "developers" ripoff games readily available on steam/gmod, add unreasonably overpriced game passes, insert "ton of le FUNNE memes!" And place it into roblox
"But these developers are succeeding though their efforts of these games"
A wise man once said it is better to fail in originality, then to succeed in imitation |

| I do agree that we don't need tix complaints or back, but we'd need a way to get new users outfits so that people don't complain about ugly 3.0 noob |

| Most parents won't let their kids buy ROBUX. And if they didn't have sponsors then free hats wouldn't exist. And you won't earn much off of Swagbucks. And most parents won't let their kids use Swagbucks. Oh and ROBLOX has items that are fictional. And life is free? Parents have to spend their money on stuff like school fees, food for their kids, clothes for their kids and many more stuff. And in most countries, parents have to pay the hospital money so that their kid can be born. Almost nothing is free these days. And chores? If a kid's parents are in debt, how will they be able to give their kids money? And yes, ROBLOX needs to pay their workers, however don't they get money off of site ads and sponsor events? At this point, they should make it a paid game instead of pretending to be free. |

| Revensai when I say higher quality developers I mean developers of the actual roblox platform, not developers of places/games. |

| "more money = more things done" is that why every update something new is broken, and tak, you could say "of course it'll happen, bugs happen in every update" but, erm... That won't change sensativity, or my camera being broken |

| @lith IMHO if people want to be known for their developing skills, they honestly should go to steam |

@revan
Here is the difference: Steam is STEAM and Roblox is ROBLOX.
The games that are "Ripped off of Steam" aren't actually ripped off of steam. They were remade to fit on Roblox's engine. There also are quite a bit of driving games on Roblox. Are they all ripped off of "City Car Driving", "Need for Speed", and "Forza"? What about the shooting games? Is Phantom Forces a rip-off of "Battlefield" and "Call of Duty"? What about the zombie games. Are they ripped off from "Left for Dead" and "Dying Light"?
No. They aren't. They are remade by the makers/developers on Roblox and built to said maker's styles.
With these being said, there are a FEW games that are literal exact copies. Even if these games are "just ripoffs", someone still has to go through all of it, build it, script it, bug-test it, etc.
Telling everyone to "go to Steam" isn't a valid argument to any of this. What if said person only wants to play Roblox? What if said person has grown to like the blocky characters and goofy animations Roblox has to offer?
To reply to all those who state that Roblox doesn't need more money: What is money generally used for? Payments, improvements, and fixes. More money means quicker fixes and improvements, because staff members have a chance at being paid more if they do their job well. It also means better improvements. More money means Roblox can obtain more/better servers to handle massive amounts of users.
I could go on and on with this list. |

@mister but in all honesty, who is going to hire anyone who's said they developed a game here
"Ah, yes, I see you developed a zombie game for a Lego mmo game made for kids." |

@revansai
But you CAN show the employer the huge scripts & the talent and knowledge required to make a good map for a shooter that implements all the elements of a good map.
You can show that you have the artistic talent to make beautiful buildings.
You can show that you have the skill to make fun, coherent games.
You can show that you have the skill to make compelling stories, and characters.
Depending on the job, they won't care that it's an mmo for kids, they'll look at the talent/skill involved in the actual creation. Plus, building in studio is VERY SIMILAR to making a map in unreal, if harder in some cases because of the limited tool (this is coming from someone who has made a full superhero game in unreal 4, don't say OMG LOLZORZ THIS N00B COMPARED ROBLOX TO UNREALZ LOL HE GOING GET PWNZORD) |

What sensitivity/mouse issues? ON every system possible right now (Computer, xBox One, and mobile) I've never run into a single issue with the sens. |

T_T we're just going in circles.
Great devs on roblox maybe like using roblox, and are using their skills as a jumpstarter, or are using roblox to learn development easily before transitioning to a fully featured engine.
It's like saying:
"HI, I make games without a publisher because I get more freedom that way, and I publish them on Desura!" is our real-company equivalent of our strawman Roblox dev.
"Screw off m8 and find a publisher, because there's definitely no such thing as preferring to develop independently even if you get less money." is our real-world equivalent of a person who doesn't quite understand how working at a company actually functions. ROBLOX just makes it more fun for people to make their games, takes up less time, and gives them a near-instant potential audience, then if they start making real games on Desura, Steam, or Wild, they have a fanbase. |

@lith then what's the point of making something that already exists that is readily available to the public?
And plus, most developers make their games a horrible pay2win garbage *cough*loleris*cough* |

| ROBLOX is better without tix. We should also remove ROBUX too! People seemed to like the game more in 2006 when ROBUX didn't exist! |
