(Note: It is recommended that you stand in front of the Dark Council steps 10-15 minutes before the training starts..)
Pending-Hopeful Pendings are the greatest mass of the Sith and are force-sensitive individuals that either come to the Empire or are found by members of the Empire. Pendings must attend a P-H training so that they may master the Sith Code, learn the basic commands of the Sith, and finally understanding the Sith Guide and communication between the Sith. (min. 1 person)
Hopeful-Acolyte Hopefuls are those who have begun their lessons in the Sith. They have learned lore and the most basic of combat up to now. But now they must learn to apply these things. There will be a series of questions where Hopefuls must answer at least ⅗ of those questions correctly. Upon doing so, there will be a series of duels for the Hopefuls to take part in that shall prove their mettle. (min. 2 people)
Acolyte-Apprentice The path of an Acolyte is a path that requires them to serve. You are to work under the command of all your superiors aside from apprentices unless commanded to listen to them. Whenever you think you are ready, you may apply to a A/I/M+ as an apprentice or they may even confront you with the offer. Apprentice training will cover mostly discipline, your secondary learning as an apprentice is up to your master, whether being combat or lore. (Note: If you are having a hard time finding a master, apprenticeship ceremonies are hosted every Sunday, in order to aid LRs find a master.)
Apprentice-Warrior You are now an apprentice, and will remain that apprentice for a minimum of 2 weeks. Some other requirements are that you host 1 P-H with your master, and being tested by a Dark Council+ on your knowledge of lore and combat skills. One’s master should teach their Apprentice combat formations, lore, and whatever else is necessary. Those two topics and whatever else the Dark Council member deems necessary is what you will be tested on.
Warrior-A/I/M This is the hardest part in one’s training. A Dark Lord+ is required to train you to your saber class rank. Should you achieve this rank and change your class, you will be demoted and you must start this over again. In order to pass to this rank, you are required to know combat in all the forms, have understanding of the Force, lead a H-A training, be a Warrior for 3 weeks minimum, finish anything else your master has for you, and finally, you must be evaluated by a DHC+. (Note: Your master must be of the same saber class.)
A/I/M can take on 2 Apprentices, but train them only to the level of Warrior. A/I/M can host trainings if approved by a Dark High Council, and observed by a Dark Council member
A/I/M-Dark Lord To have the honor of becoming a Dark Lord, you must have been a A/I/M for at least 2 weeks, have participated in at least 3 raids and NOT have left in the middle of the raid, and must have a decent standing amongst the HRs. When you have all these requirements, you may participate in a Dark Lord picking, should we have one. In these pickings, you will present your name and then yourself in a form of a short speech explaining why you should be Dark Lord. Dark Lords can take on 5 apprentices.

For Adepts inquisitors and marauders who were not picked, do we have to create a different speech every picking?

You do not have to create a different speech, you may use your old speech for a new picking.

Yes they cannot take Apprentices anymore. But if you currently have one, you have approval to train him to the appropriate rank, after that you cannot gain anymore apprentices.
