| At my home we just got new wifi from xfinity. Every time I attempt to open a game it freezes on the "Loading" screen of the actual roblox player opening. The one with the black background. At first I believed it was the computer due to the nature of the freeze so I attempted redownloading, and all that (I know for a fact I did it correctly) I then decided it must have been my wifi. I threw on my wireless hotspot from my phone and tried joining a game and roblox worked fine. This means it must be an internet issue. I don't know if this is a firewall issue or some other issue (I turned my firewalls security to custom with almost all settings off) Any input would be great. Thank you for reading. |

| I have xfinity wifi too. Lately it's been SOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOO slow, but my games do actually load. Hopefully xfinity will get their crap together soon... |
