| Do it. You want to know who he is and actually enjoy your time with him. |

@dowc You have that mindset because you're a child, and you only care about your happiness.
@Sam
If you care for your father you'd go and act exactly how you would if he was engaged to a women.
It shouldn't matter. You should love your dad regardless. With time it'll become normal to you, and actually benefitial. Your mind will expand and be open to accepting new ideas and experiences overall making life a lot easier for you.
If you don't learn to accept the changes of society, society will change without you leaving you oblivious to life.

@dowc because you're ignorant and can't accept that fact that everyone is different.

And if you're thrown off by a off chance it'll be awkward:
It will be. It always is. My mother started dating a guy and meeting him was so weird, but soon you get over the nerves, and you find common interests |

@pris
I can't act the same
I remember when he was married to my mom and how normal i felt around him. I don't hate him for how he its i just cant look at him the same
But after awhile he changed and so did i. So its kinda impossible to be the same around him |

By same I don't mean how things were before, because they won't be. It's a different relationship, so its not going to be like the one he had with your mom.
When I say same I mean don't treat him any differently then you would before. His life is probably going through as many changes as yours, if not more. He's gonna need something that's familiar. Do the same things with your father that you did before. Have the same conversations. He's the same guy he was before, he's just discovered a new aspect of his personality.
Don't feel like you can't talk to him about things you used to feel comfortable talking about. That's when you start to distance yourself and ultimately lose an important relationship.
Just remember, many people don't have fathers, as myself. I'd give up a lot to have a dad, even one like yours. Don't lose your dad to something so easily delt with. :3 |

| @Rainbow and who told you I was a child? I'm just lucky to have two parents of the opposite gender because you grow up having a true sense of reality.. |

The "reality" of current society is that all relationships aren't between opposite genders anymore.
If anything you're being sheltered, much like how most h0m0ph0bic children are.
The population of same gender relationships are increasing so rapidly, not accepting them is just gonna put you at a disadvantage in any social situation. |

I wish I had two parents of the same gender.
They go through so much hate, it makes their relationship so much stronger, and valued.
Imagine being given ugly looks and being threatened for holding your spouses hand in public, yet you continue. That is bravery. |

| @Prism I just find them idiotic. Same gender relationships don't even make sense. A man was created to find it's suitable woman and reproduce. Same genders cant reproduce and won't even get to experience the true pleasure of a woman. I have no idea what caused people to become attracted to their own gender but in my terms it makes absolute zero sense. |

| And the funny thing is they treasure the attention. They publicly do things that don't even teach correct morals to children and find it lovely. Then they complain once thier club in Orlando gets shot up. |

Well maybe that was natural instinct
If we go by what humans were created to do, half of human technology would be invalidated. If humans were created to fly we'd have wings, but I'm sure you'd happily step onto an airplane.
Being we're a developed species, we do many things that nature didn't create us to do.
If anything, same gender relationships will save this planet. It's going to become extremely overcrowded in the next few years.
How do you know same gender relationships aren't the key to minimizing population growth.
Again, you are bias in your views, and you're only thinking about how you feel. Not about the many good things they come from it, or the feelings of others, which is childish |

What's publicly correct Is a social creation.
I could say that I don't believe watching a opposite gender couple all over eachother in public is correct for children.
And why can't children be exposed to same gender couples? It's not as if they'll automatically feel attraction to the same gender.
If a child is attracted to the same gender, they were born that way.
