Ive been recently inspired to exercise lately, I consider myself skinny but I just want to maintain my health and fitness. I am quite week in my lower body strength. I will begin my first run on Sunday, accompanied with 10 single dumbbell clean and presses, 10 overhead crunches and 20 mountain climbers for a start. Any suggestions?
