I'm trying to cancel auto BC renewal because my BC is gonna be renewed today at about 11 PM but it says "Your Builders Club membership cannot be canceled at this time as it is currently in the process of renewal with our payment processor, which briefly disallows changes to the membership during this time. Once the renewal process is complete, the membership can be canceled and you will still receive the full amount of time paid for. For further information, please contact Customer Service. Please note, Customer Service is unable to cancel a membership until the renewal process is complete." Is there any way I can cancel it right now?

Mine has been in the process for a long time im nbc now

If you go to cancell the transaction, the only way to do it is in the form of an unauthorized transaction, which will restrict your account. That happened with me on one of my alternate accounts in 2012 i believe.
resetting your cookies is the answer to everything. |
