| My 8 year old plays Roblox a lot, I purchased got him 10$ in Robux tonight. He said something popped up on his screen that he "accidentally" clicked on and it took all his Robux. Is this possible? And is there anything that can be done about it? Thanks. |

| I think it's probably a scam. There's alot of scams that goes around here. Mostly lazy scammers who live under their mom's basement. |

I understand what happened.
While he was playing a game, he must have accidentally purchased an additional perk in his game. This is very possible and is in 90% of ROBLOX games. What he did was simply buy an additional perk in a game, nothing weird.
Sorry, but there is no way he can refund his ROBUX. Tell him to be careful next time! Sorry again!

If this was done on the ROBLOX website (or on a game, doesn't matter), please do the following
(on his account) Go to the 'Trade' tab on the left of your screen Click on 'Transactions' Make sure the transaction type is 'My Purchases'
You will be able to see what he bought with his ROBUX

| Got it, from what he said that is what it sounds like happened. He was playing for a while and it popped up and he clicked on it by accident. Is there any way to set a confirm for purchases or is it 1 click buy once you have the robux? Thanks again. |

| You can go on trade tab look at what he bought and email info@roblox.com and send them a screenshot and what happened and they might help you |
