BE IT ENACTED BY THE STATE OF FIRESTONE CONGRESS* HERE ASSEMBLED THAT:
SECTION 1: In order to keep the congress active, specific regulations shall be implemented to ensure that members of congress remain active. Failing to do so may result in a judicial review or a suspension.
SECTION 1A: Members of congress are required to rank at least three people from "Tourist" to "Middle Class Citizen" weekly, unless there are no tourists waiting to be ranked.
SECTION 1B: Members of congress are required to log into their ROBLOX accounts at least once every two days unless they have an inactive notice on the state legislature Trello board.
SECTION 1C: Members of congress are required to submit at least one piece of legislation in a time span of one month prior to being ranked to either the House or the Senate.
SECTION 1D: Members of congress are required to submit at least one piece of legislation every two months prior to being ranked to either the House or the Senate.
SECTION 1E: Each congressman may only submit three inactive notices in their term and they may only last a maximum of one week each.
SECTION 2: Legislation shall be defined as a bill, resolution or amendment.
SECTION 2A: An inactive notice shall be defined as a card added to a list on the official Docklands state legislature board with the name of the congressman and the time that it is due.
SECTION 3: This bill shall be enforced by the Speaker of the House, Lieutenant Governor, Senate and House of Representatives.
SECTION 4: All legislation in conflict with this law are hereby declared null or void.
SECTION 5: This legislation is effective immediately once signed.
