everytime i try to edit my places it pops up a message saying it can't load my places due to a permission error and then tells me to check permissions and try again, i've tryed changing access permissions, i've try changing how i configured my place and even how i configured my game, i've found nothing on the forums where it has frequently asked questions and i've even asked help from a friend who created their own game, and so far i've found nothing, can anyone out there help me? None of my friends have been able to, and i don't think i'm the only one who has encountered this problem.

I actually been having the same issue. I don't think most people on here know how to fix that. I've tried messing around with the program permissions like making it a Administrator but that doesn't seem to help at all. Studios just gets weird for those unlucky few of us. If it's not loading Place1 it's asking for me to log-in to load certain things like places and models. Some people have told to try getting a new computer but I really don't want to spend money like that. Especially since the issue may arise again.

Maybe try and make the game active.

It happens even if the game is active or inactive. I'm not if it's the same for him. but it started asking me all this stuff as soon as I accepted the new terms of agreement.

Have you tried reinstalling it or doing it on an alt?

Both. I've even tried the suggested methods on the ROBLOX page. Twice. There may not be a real "solution" to the problem. It just happens. I have no idea.

It truly is a crime for those few. If I have to say anything, enjoy the hell out of studios now. Thanks for your help though.

Haha, no problem, even though the help was useless.

You may need to install the latest version to the recent Microsoft updates reguarding administrative controls.
To do this, search vcredist x86, and look for the Microsoft headed link. |
