Below are the guidelines for SF T-1, the tryout-only special forces team. SF T-1 is only for the best of Z11, which is why only 6 people are part of the team (including the CO and XO).
The guide will be split up into

[SECTION 1: ENTRY]
To gain entry into SF T-1, you must:

Go to a tryout hosted by either the XO or CO and be picked.

Be invited by the CO.

During a tryout, your abilities in combat will be tested fully, and you will be quizzed on these guidelines and the job of the Special Forces team. Your grammar will also be tested, and on rare occasions, your skill with the sniper rifles will also be tested if the team is in need of a sniper. At the end of the tryout, the CO and XO (if present) will evaluate everyone's performance and pick ONE person to join.

[SECTION 2: REGULATIONS]
SF T-1 members need to follow the same rules as everyone else unless told otherwise by HRC. This obviously means that you need to respect everyone equally, whether they are part of your squad or from another. If your skills begin to drop, and you are labelled incompetent at gunfighting, you will be exiled from Special Forces. This is to free up space for others who may be able to do a better job than others, and to promote regularly turning up to trainings to practise and improve. The XO is not exempt from this rule, and they can also be replaced by another SF T-1 member and be demoted back down to a regular squad member. Everyone in SF T-1 is required to turn up to trainings hosted by the CO or XO unless a valid reason has been given to the host on why they can not be present, and the XO must regularly host trainings for the team when the CO is/can not.

[SECTION 3: DISCHARGE]
If you want to transfer to another squad, a letter must be written to the CO informing them why you wish to be discharged. It is then up to the CO whether you may leave the squad or stay. The same is required for if you are leaving Z11, and failure to do so will result in a blacklist from SF T-1 and all tryouts.

[SECTION 4: SUMMARY]
For anyone wanting access into Special Forces, you must read through these guidelines thoroughly for the quiz during tryouts. All Special Forces members must follow the rules and be ready to attend any set trainings.
