Well realistically speaking this can only be answered with assumption, because ROBLOX is hard, if not impossible to compare with reality without an official unit of measurement and other information.
Anyway let's get to it...
So for any 06ers to 11ers that know what the SuperBall is, good, but for those who don't, it's a stock gear created by ROBLOX in 2007, made of plastic and acts like a doge ball you throw at people.
Now that we got that out of the way, we need to know as much about the properties of this gear as we can realistically assume... so we know it's a sphere of plastic with a size of 2x2x2 studs (were going to assume it's not hollow because it does do a decent amount of damage).. now we just need to figure out it's velocity, which can be done in numerous ways, but I will attempt to figure this out with the help of ROBLOX's gravity... --SAFE ZONE
" In ROBLOX, there is no spacetime distortions, or no celestial bodies to create gravitational acceleration. Gravity will always pull down in ROBLOX, and does so with a gravitational acceleration of 196.2 studs per second squared. Assuming the ROBLOX world's gravity is as strong as Earth's gravity, this suggests that one stud is 5 cm, since 196.2 studs per second squared * 0.05 meters per second = 9.81m/s2. "
So we know that ROBLOX's terminal velocity is most likely 196.2 studs/ps2, which will also give us the answer of our unit of measurement problem between studs and inches, 1 stud is the equivalent of 1.9685 inches.
So now we can use this to find the mass of the SuperBall, but it being a sphere will require a more complex formula to figure out..
V = 4/3 * π * r3
We already know the radius since the diameter of the SuperBall is 2 studs, and dividing by 2 makes 1, so the radius is 1.9625 inches, resulting with our answer of 31.66 inches cubed.
Now that we have part of our equation filled in for mass, we need to know what kind of plastic this SuperBall is made of, and THANKFULLY we do have an accurate answer for this... Since the SuperBall does float on water, this must mean that the plastic is at least 0.99 g/cm3, meaning this plastic is made of Polyethylene, so we will assume the plastic is made of Polyethylene Polystone M-Flametech, which has a density of 0.98 g/cm3.
So we now have both volume and density figured out, now it's time for mass...
M = D * V M = 0.98 g/cm3 * 31.66 in3 = 31.0268 in3
We now have mass and were almost done here, but we now need to figure out acceleration, which can be tricky, but I have a method... I will use a 100 stud pole and shoot a SuperBall directly upwards and time it, which will end me up with roughly 100 studs in 1 second... and 100 studs = 198.65 inches.
Now that I've figured out the initial and finial velocity and the timing, let's plug the numbers into the acceleration formula!
A = iv - fv / t A = 0 - 100 / 1 = 100 studs/s2
Now that we finally got Mass and Acceleration, let's just get this over with and figure out the Force of this thing...
F = M * A F = 31.0268 in3 * 100 studs/s2 = 3102.68 newtons
Well now, 3102.68 newtons is about the equivalent of a punch, but it would at best manage to fracture a rib, but would require an additional 200 newtons to do so, so it would be safe to say it wouldn't be breaking any bones, but it would certainly hurt for a minute or two...
BTW... 3102.68 newtons is the equivalent of 697.510214 pound force.

It can be enough to break a rib though if thrown at it's fastest.

"i can imagine matpat saying this, no, seriously, try and do it yourself"
Are people treating basic physics as if it was calculus? Seriously, it isn't that difficult even if you only know addition, subtraction, multiplication, and division... You just got to put all four of those into a mix of formulas and time.
And yes, I'd love to see Mat Pat narrate this.
