I've been locked out of my account and I can't login or reset pass.
I've attempted to email them 2 days ago but they haven't responded yet, and I decided to e-mail them again.
How long will it take but I really want my account back, no limiteds have been taken or anything it's been 2 days since I had access.
My username on ROBLOX is spaced_username

| Oh, I've been locked out of my account twice. about a year ago and 5 months ago. ROBLOX responded in an hour and 30 minutes to 2 hours for both times, they are the best staff evaaa! They let me update my security. I'm sure you will get your account back in no time too! Just be patient. |

also i found out that if you c/p the first draft you sent before their auto-reply & send it again they might reply quicker i do it, always worked for me but since its backed up it might take longer & its not just you, dev |

Thing is a I live in Europe and if I call them, they might ring me up in the middle of night I am sleeping.
This is a second time I've been locked out, and what do you mean by c/p can you please explain?

| Calling is only for billing issus, they'll redirect you to heir email if its anything else. |

I tried contacting them through twitter too.
I dm'ed the official handle of ROBLOX (@ROBLOX) and I tweeted at their support (@InfoAtROBOX) but they keep directing me to email support.
I've gained my account access by calling them before and now they don't have it?

Just be patient they're really backed up at the moment.
It will most likely take at least another three days for you to get a response. Posting a thread isn't going to help that. |
