| You can probably use color correction now but I think people used GUIs before |

it works because cameras store light values in the green so if u green then u golden |

| I know you can use green color correction, but it defeats the purpose of night vision. There's only one pair of night ivison goggles on here that work and I don't know how they're scripted, but you can actually see better when the ambient and time is lower. Green color corrections don't do anything. |

no, we're just saying the green colorcorrection will make it look like night vision, not give it the functionality.

then make it a piecewise function with timeofday
when they're equipped just check
if game.Lighting.TimeOfDay >= "18:00:00" or game.Light.TimeOfDay < "6:00:00" then insert color correction
otherwise
do nothing

change lighting on client but apply umm green haze so it doesnt look to good |
