Firestone National Guard has been a heavily debated and controversial department in the State of Firestone. They've been involved in a few internal conflicts, and have shown themselves to not be the protectors we need for the state. Their leadership is out of wack, the training is poor, and the overall values and traits that they teach are lacking. For this, we must enact a better General, a stronger training program, and more respect, discipline, and maturity being instilled into enlistees and all members.
First, a little bit about myself. I've been on ROBLOX since 2012. I was originally here for hockey, hence my name, but I quickly moved to something new. Military. I enlisted in the ROBLOX Infantry Corps and served for three years on and off. My highest rank was First Lieutenant as a Marine Bravo Leader, and a member of the Honors Division. I've also been an avid firefighter and paramedic for a year, and that taught me a lot about things I never knew before.
I'm not your average person who wants power or Robux or limiteds. I just want a better community in Firestone. I lost my job in SCFD for a stupid mistake, and now I'm out here waiting for an opportunity to do something good. And here I found Firestone National Guard.
The department has been inactive for a while now, and the leave of over half of its members and the General himself has not helped at all. The members still enlisted are not active, and the requirement of one training a week for each member has fallen through the cracks.
That's why we need a solution. What I'm proposing is the enactment of a new General, a new training program, and a whole new, fresh start. I, myself, would appreciate being General, in the fact that I have experience and knowledge of many military groups as well as extensive notes on National Guard that I researched myself. I already have made a training program that a retired FNG Drill Sergeant responded to, saying, "It's perfect."
So, if you want to hate on me for having so much faith in a group that's more dead than my Great Aunt, go ahead and do it. All I'm saying is that National Guard can be something better. It can be a trained organization that was made and trained to protect Firestone. Yeah, they might not play a big role or might be pointless, but it's fun. It's fun to be a part of something that people respect, and be a part of something that teaches you things and helps you be a better person.
If you want a better National Guard, support me in my journey. If not, then ignore it. I honestly don't care. I'm just looking for the people out there who have hope for a department like the National Guard. That is all.
Thank you for reading this long message. If you want to support, just say it. If not, don't say it.
Thanks again, Stam

| While you do seem to possess the qualities needed for a good leader, you'd be overstepping a lot of officers that were in the National Guard before you that may also make good leaders. If they're okay with it, great, but keep that thought in mind. The military is not quite the same as a civilian government position. |

Trust me, I fully know that. I just think that someone needs to step in quick, and the fact that General Kobruh has been gone for this long without a replacement being put it in is baffling. The government has not done anything to get a new General, as far as I can tell, and I fully understand how the military works. But sometimes, desperate times call for desperate measures.
