| Going on day four, still locked out of my ăccount. I have been sent the same email from support, twice, and the first time their methods of fixing the issue didn't work, let alone the second time. I have strong beliefs that this issue will not be resolved over email, so I am wondering if there are any other routes I can take to solve this? |
